First of all, describe the problem itself. Describe
what happens when the error appears ("blue screen of death", access violation,
abnormal program termination, etc.). If it is reproducible,
describe, what actions or conditions cause this error.
After that please tell us about your system specification:
Irbis Firewall product version installed, operating system used
(including service packs), and so on.
At last send a message with all the above information
