Irbis Firewall Configuration Dialog - Startup Mode

The Startup mode panel allows you to manage the Irbis Firewall startup and execution mode. This panel is divided into two parts.

The top part allows you to select the execution mode: Service application mode (works only on Microsoft Windows 2000/XP) or Standalone application mode. The lower part allows you to run Irbis Firewall startup immediately after system boots up

Service is a special Windows 2000/XP application that can be run without user interaction, so it can be run even when user is not logged in. Standalone application interacts with user so it can be run only if user is logged into the system.
